Jenna Fletcher (McCay)

Jenna (McCay) Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jenna started their career in 2004 as a Day Camp Counselor at the Monterey Recreation and Community Services Department, where they worked until 2009. In 2010, they became the Day Camp Director at the same department, overseeing the camp's operations until 2011.

Jenna then transitioned to Pebble Beach Resorts in 2011, taking on the role of Rooms Division Team Leader until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they served as an Assistant Manager at Casa Palmero within the resort. Subsequently, they were promoted to Guest Services Manager and held that position until 2021. Currently, Jenna works as an Executive Recruiter at Pebble Beach Resorts, beginning in July 2021.

Throughout their career, Jenna has gained extensive experience in leadership and management roles, as well as customer service and recruiting.

Jenna (McCay) Fletcher started their education in 2007 at Saint Mary's College of California. Jenna completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication in 2011. In 2010, they had the opportunity to study abroad at John Cabot University, also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication for a duration of one year.
