Lauren Palminteri

Lauren Palminteri is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment industries. Currently serving as the Senior Catering Sales Manager at Pebble Beach Resorts since May 2011, Lauren has held various roles at the same organization, including Conference Services Manager and Kitchen Administrative Coordinator. In addition, Lauren is the Owner, Event Planner, and Caterer for Plein Air Picnic, which specializes in creating memorable outdoor picnics. Previous roles include a brief tenure as a Restaurant Consultant and Project Manager at Sunset Hospitality, where Lauren contributed to brand development and staff recruitment for Stokes Adobe in Monterey, California. Earlier in the career, Lauren worked as a Production Assistant for the North American Tour of Billy Elliot and as a Talent Agent for multiple agencies.
