Special Events Assistant at Pebble Beach Resorts

Lauren Tuck has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2011, they worked as a Working Student at Lynn Roberts Johnson Dressage for four years, gaining valuable experience in the equestrian industry. In 2016, Lauren became a Summer Camp Counselor & Trail Guide at the Pebble Beach Equestrian Center, where they taught horse riding and horsemanship to young campers and guided horseback tours. They also planned and organized end-of-session horse shows and awards ceremonies.

In 2018, Lauren worked as a Food Server at Pebble Beach Resorts and later as a Sales Associate at the Sonoma State University Book Store. They then joined Pebble Beach Resorts again in 2019 as an AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am Special Events Manager, responsible for managing and coordinating special events. As a Special Events Intern in 2019, Lauren gained experience in event management, coordination, operations, and planning.

From 2020 to 2022, Lauren worked as a Sales & Events Assistant at the Hyatt Carmel Highlands, assisting with sales and event-related tasks. They then returned to Pebble Beach Resorts in 2021 as a Special Events Operations Manager for a brief period. In 2022, Lauren joined Pebble Beach Resorts once again as a Special Events Operations Assistant, before transitioning to their current role as a Special Events Assistant. In this role, they collaborate with the Special Events team to coordinate large-scale events, handling tasks such as infrastructure coordination, menu design, signage creation, and volunteer recruitment. They also assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and invoice processing.

Overall, Lauren Tuck has gained extensive experience in event planning and management, customer service, sales, and equestrian-related roles throughout their career.

Lauren Tuck completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Sonoma State University from 2015 to 2019. In 2020 to 2021, they participated in the Leadership Carmel program, which focused on professional development. Before their university education, Lauren attended Carmel High School from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their academic accomplishments, they obtained a certification from cVent University in April 2019 by passing the cVent University Certification Exam.
