Siddhi Pednekar has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Pebble Street Hospitality since June 2017, following roles as Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager of Human Resources. Responsibilities include managing the entire employee documentation process from hire to retire, overseeing new hire integrations, performance reviews, and ensuring statutory compliance.
