Fabienne Loveder

Fabienne Loveder has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Fabienne currently works as a Product Manager at PebblePad, a learning journey platform. Prior to this, they held various roles at Travelex, including Junior Product Owner, Test Analyst, Team Lead, and Customer Service Specialist. Their responsibilities at Travelex included working on a major digital transformation project, defining and developing an end-to-end ordering system, conducting quantitative analysis for data-driven product decisions, eliciting requirements from stakeholders, defining User Acceptance Test scenarios and scripts, managing defect resolution, leading a team of up to 20 people, handling customer complaint escalations, and responding to queries and issues from B2B, B2B2C, and D2C customers across different countries.

Fabienne Loveder attended the University of Sunderland from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in French and TESOL.
