Stephen Gordon-Dando

Stephen Gordon-Dando is a seasoned professional currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Korn Ferry, EMEA, and a Trustee Board Member at National Museums Scotland. With extensive experience in leadership roles, they were a Partner and Senior Adviser at Bain Capital from 2013 to 2021, and prior to that, served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Thomson Reuters from 2006 to 2012. Stephen’s background also includes significant positions at Diageo and the BBC, culminating in a diverse career in human resources and management development. They are currently the Chair of Pebl and a Non-Executive Director at the Cabinet Office. Stephen holds a BA Hons in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde and an MBA from The University of Edinburgh.
