Clinical and Care Coordination

The Clinical and Care Coordination team at Pecan Valley Centers for Behavioral and Developmental Healthcare provides integrated, high-quality care for individuals with mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. They are responsible for managing client intake and assessment, developing individualized care plans, coordinating treatments, and ensuring comprehensive support services are in place. This includes specialized support for veterans, direct care, and therapeutic interventions aimed at promoting overall health and wellness for clients within the Pecan Valley region.
