Joe Soler

Joe Soler possesses extensive experience in information technology and management. Currently serving as IT Assistant Director of Enterprise Systems at Pechanga Resort Casino since March 2014, Joe has been instrumental in overseeing the operations of a complex 24/7 virtual infrastructure, focusing on enterprise-level systems tailored for various organizational needs. Prior to this role, Joe operated a small business as the owner and manager at Child’s Play Center, where responsibilities included employee management and strategic operations. Joe's earlier experience includes significant roles at KLA-Tencor, where technical expertise contributed to substantial cost savings and efficiency improvements within the semiconductor industry. Additionally, Joe served in the United States Marine Corps, managing network security and systems administration. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science in Business Management from Barstow College.
