Pechanga Gaming Commission
Mike Perches has extensive experience in various roles within the Pechanga community, currently serving as a Pechanga Gaming Commissioner since June 2018, responsible for upholding policies and integrity. Previously, Mike held positions such as TANF Cultural Activities coordinator at the Pechanga Cultural Resource Center from April 2014 to June 2018, where knowledge of Pechanga customs and traditions was pivotal. Additional experience includes service on the Pechanga School Board at the Pechanga Government Center from December 2006 to November 2017, as a Surveillance Officer at the Pechanga Gaming Commission in early 2012, and operations at Pechanga Resort & Casino from June 2005 to June 2012. Education was pursued at Mt. San Jacinto College.

Pechanga Gaming Commission is an independent regulatory body of the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Indians. It is the mission of the Pechanga Gaming Commission to serve the Pechanga people by exceeding their expectations with integrity, respect and fairness using the allotted resources to their fullest. The Commission shall enforce the spirit of the land by always doing what is right in protecting the health and safety of employees and patrons and protecting the assets of the Tribe.
