Tiani Garcia has extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industries, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Licensing at Pechanga Gaming Commission since April 2015, where responsibilities include conducting interviews and analyzing confidential applicant documents. Prior to this role, Tiani held positions at Valley View Casino & Hotel, including Database Loyalty Program Representative and Revenue Auditor, focusing on database management and revenue audits. Additionally, Tiani worked as a Sr. Product Consultant at SEPHORA, providing training and marketing insights, and as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Valley View Casino, overseeing operational procedures for compliance with gaming regulations. Tiani holds a degree in General Medical/Clinical Assistance from Palomar College and completed secondary education at Orange Glen High School.

Pechanga Gaming Commission is an independent regulatory body of the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Indians. It is the mission of the Pechanga Gaming Commission to serve the Pechanga people by exceeding their expectations with integrity, respect and fairness using the allotted resources to their fullest.
