Pechanga Gaming Commission
Victor Valdivia is a professional with a strong background in telecommunications and surveillance. Since October 2016, Victor has been employed as a Surveillance Technician at Pechanga Gaming Commission. Prior to this role, Victor served as Ingeniero de Operaciones en Sitio at Alestra from October 2009 to April 2016, where responsibilities included the maintenance and operation of telecommunications networks, as well as the supervision, installation, and implementation of various telecommunication equipment. Victor holds a degree in Ingeniero en Comunicaciones y Electronica, Telecomunicaciones from Universidad de Guadalajara (1996 - 2001) and has furthered education at Mt. San Jacinto College from 2016 to 2019.

Pechanga Gaming Commission is an independent regulatory body of the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Indians. It is the mission of the Pechanga Gaming Commission to serve the Pechanga people by exceeding their expectations with integrity, respect and fairness using the allotted resources to their fullest. The Commission shall enforce the spirit of the land by always doing what is right in protecting the health and safety of employees and patrons and protecting the assets of the Tribe.
