Tom Korff is the current Vice President of Business Services at Peckham, Inc. Tom has held this position since May of 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Vice President from May 2016 to May 2020. Tom also served as the Assistant Director of Business Services from January 2013 to July 2015.
Throughout their time at Peckham, Inc., Tom has proven himself to be a reliable and hardworking employee. Tom has successfully led multiple teams through challenging business climates and client demands. Tom has also built strong, productive relationships with clients, SourceAmerica, and the AbilityOne commission.
In their current position as Vice President of Business Services, Tom is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business services department. Tom works closely with the Program Managers to ensure that all contractual metric goals are met and that continuous improvement in operations and employee/customer satisfaction is achieved.
Tom Korff began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Michigan State University. Tom then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, General from the same school. Finally, they obtained a certification from the Outcome Mindset Method in OKR Certified Coach.
A direct report to Tom Korff is and Matthew Kolberg - AVP, Business Services. Their manager is Jo Sinha, President & CEO. They are on a team with Tiffany Demyers - Director, Workforce Planning, Matthew June - Chief Information Officer, and Noah Belanger - VP, Environmental Services.
