Richard O'Grady

Richard O'Grady has worked in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years. Richard began their career as a chef de partie and cocktail bartender at Living Ventures Restaurants Ltd. in 2003. Richard then moved to The Lovely Pubs where they held various positions over the next five years. In 2010, they became the assistant manager at Mitchells & Butlers. The following year, they were promoted to deputy general manager at Urban & Country Leisure Ltd. In September 2011, they began working as the operations manager at Epicure Pub Co. Richard has been in their current role as franchise operations manager at Peckwater Brands since February 2022.

Richard O'Grady has a Master of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Falmouth University. Their undergraduate degree is a 2:1 in English from the University of Leeds. Richard attended King Edward VI School (KES) in Stratford-upon-Avon.
