Elaine M Anderson has a long and varied career in the public and private sectors. Elaine M began their career in 1992 as a Managing Consultant for Public Financial Management, where they structured municipal financial plans, rate studies, bond sizings, and analyses for more than 60 engagements for state and local government clients. In 1997, they were an Intern for CSC Index, where they conducted a Business Process Redesign Pilot for a leading western Regional Bank. From 1998 to 2004, they worked at CSC as a Partner, Principal, and Lead Business Architect. During this time, they managed a team analyzing the applications landscape within the Royal Mail, advised a Leading National Bank's Commercial Banking Division in the implementation of a Process Redesign, and delivered a system and business capabilities required to support the E-Verify and the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) verification programs. In 2015, they joined CSRA Inc as a Senior Principal, where they led an effort as Program Manager to establish an Enterprise Information Management strategy and prototype to leverage a Unified Data Layer across the entire organization. Finally, from 2004 to present, they have been the Chief Operating Officer and Member Board of Directors for Peco InspX.

Elaine M Anderson has an education history that includes an MBA from The Wharton School, where they studied Strategic & Operations Management from 1996 to 1998. Before that, they obtained an AB in Economics from Dartmouth College between 1988 and 1992. Elaine M also attended Lowell High School from 1984 to 1988. Additionally, they hold two certifications, a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
