Jennifer Giunta has held a variety of roles in the customer service, operations, and sales departments of various companies. From 2004 to 2008, they were a Sales Associate at Planet Kids, Inc. From 2008 to 2011, they were an Assistant Line Manager/Inside Sales Representative at Exis. From 2011 to 2013, they were an Office Manager at Reputation.com. From 2013 to present, they have been a Customer Operations Manager at Peco InspX, where they have directed the day-to-day activities of high-performing customer service teams, and has worked closely with product teams to recognize, understand, and give input into product changes relating to the customer service department. Jennifer has also documented, organized, and maintained meticulous client records, and has developed new ways to serve customers while enhancing/improving existing practices/procedures/techniques.

Jennifer Giunta obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Management/Operations Management Certificate from the University of Phoenix in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Associate of Science - AS in Business Administration and Management from South University in 2015.
