Tom Gerardi is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and accounting. Currently serving as Corporate Controller at HMTX Industries since 2024, Tom has previously held the same title at PerenniAL and PECO Pallet, Inc., where responsibilities included leading financial reporting, analysis, and treasury activities. Tom's career also includes significant roles such as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at nextSource and Corporate Controller at Cycling Sports Group, reporting directly to the Global CFO. Earlier in Tom's career, positions included Assistant VP of Finance at USI Holdings Corporation, Corporate Controller at Advantage Human Resourcing, and Director of Finance at Pechiney Packaging, alongside a long tenure at UST Inc. with progressive responsibilities. Tom holds an MBA in Financial Management and a BBA in Accounting, both from Iona University.
