Kathleen Wagner MSN, RN, NE-BC, CPN possesses extensive experience in nursing education, professional development, and clinical transformation within healthcare settings. Currently serving as the Director of Nursing Education and Professional Development at Peconic Bay Medical Center, Kathleen previously held multiple roles at North Shore-LIJ Health System, including Clinical Transformation Manager, Magnet Program Coordinator, and Staff Nurse for the Pediatric Neonatal Transport Team. Prior experience includes serving as a Staff Nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and in the Pediatric Unit at Winthrop University Hospital.
