Greg Garrett has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Greg started their career at Partners HealthCare International in 2001 as a Revenue Operations Analyst, where they remained until 2003. Greg then moved to St. Mary's Healthcare System for Children and worked as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Peconic Landing At Southold Inc. as their Chief Operating Officer, a role they currently hold.

Greg Garrett holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, which they obtained from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University at Albany, SUNY from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Greg has also obtained certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer from the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), and as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator from the New York State Department of Health. Specific dates for when these certifications were obtained are not provided.
