Brian Bayly

Brian Bayly is a Lead Project Manager in Product Development at Pecora Corporation since January 2020. Prior to this, Brian held the position of Technology Manager at Specialty Silicone Products from April 2006 to November 2019. With a background in chemistry and biology, Brian has held various roles in the silicone industry, including Senior Chemist and Product Development Chemist at companies like Quantum Silicones, Rhodia, and GE - Advanced Materials. Brian holds a Masters in Polymer Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
