Jason Johnson

Jason Johnson has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Jason began their career as a server at Outback Steakhouse in 1997 before moving on to become a lead bartender at Manuel's Mexican Restaurant & Cantina in 1999. At Manuel's, they developed expertise in creating new drink recipes and was responsible for managing the bar's personnel schedule.

In 2001, Jason became a bar manager at IMPROV, where they worked until 2003. After that, they took on the role of general manager at Rosie McCaffrey's Irish Pub & Restaurant, a renowned Irish pub, from 2003 to 2010. In this role, Jason was responsible for supporting and promoting food and liquor products, as well as managing client and vendor relationships.
