The Human Resources and Recruitment team at Pedalheads Bike Camps Inc. is responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding qualified candidates for seasonal roles such as Bike Instructors, Supervisors, Junior Instructors, and Swim Instructors. They handle payroll, manage the hiring process, and coordinate recruitment efforts to ensure that camps are staffed efficiently across over 200 locations in North America.
