Pedcor Homes Corporation was established in October 1997. Pedcor Homes is a wholly owned subsidiary of International City Bank (located in Long Beach California) which is a part of Pedcor Bancorp. Pedcor Bancorp and Pedcor Homes are headquartered in Carmel, IN, a suburb of Indianapolis.

Pedcor Homes' principle purpose is managing multifamily and commercial properties for the benefit of Bancorp, in addition to select multifamily properties developed and/or acquired by Pedcor Investments, a part of the Pedcor Group of Companies (www.pedcorcompanies.com).

Pedcor develops, constructs and manages commercial buildings and affordable and market-rate apartments throughout the United States. The current Pedcor Homes apartment portfolio consists of 20 properties with 42 different partnerships, totaling nearly 4,000 units located in IN, IL, TN, FL, NC, SC and GA. The Facilities Services Division of Pedcor Homes provides management services for Pedcor-partnered buildings in Carmel, IN including over 700,000 square feet in retail, restaurant, office and warehouse space.
