Brody Sullivan

Brody Sullivan is a Financial Analyst at Pedcor Investments, a position held since May 2023, following a tenure as a Finance & Development Intern with the same company from May 2022 to March 2023. During the internship, responsibilities included underwriting properties for limited partner buyouts and HUD 223(f) refinances, projecting cash flows for over 50 properties across eight states, conducting market studies for land acquisition, and researching Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Tax Increment Financing. Prior to this experience, Brody Sullivan co-owned Pinnacle Landscaping, LLC from March 2019 to March 2022. Brody Sullivan earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, completed in May 2023, and graduated from Carmel High School in 2019.
