Dana Smith

Dana Smith possesses extensive experience in customer service and coordination within the hospitality and design sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant to the Design and Aesthetics Principal at Pedcor Investments since June 2019, Dana previously held roles at IKEA Group, including Merchandising Basics Coworker and Preparation & Flow Coworker from November 2017 to December 2019. Dana's long tenure with RCI | Vacation Exchange spanned 25 years, during which roles included Customer Notification Specialist in both Resort Services and Customer Service, and Vacation Guide. Key achievements include enhancing notification processes and managing communications for over 4,000 resort affiliates. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography-Travel & Tourism and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Ball State University.
