James Robert Stutzman

James Robert Stutzman has a diverse and extensive background in the field of architecture. James Robert is the Senior Principal Architect and Vice President, as well as the co-founder, of Pedcor Design Group, LLC since 2004. Prior to that, they were the Principal Owner of Architectural Forensic Consultants, LLC starting in 1991. Their work in architectural forensic consulting and expert witness testimony involved various aspects of commercial, industrial, and residential architectural projects. James Robert also served as the Senior Principal Architect and President of Broad Ripple Design Associates, LLC since 1978, specializing in commercial architecture including multi-family housing, child-day care facilities, franchising national prototypes, postal facilities, historical restoration, and adaptive reuse projects, which eventually led to the formation of Architectural Forensic Consultants, LLC.
