Lonita Holmes

Lonita Holmes is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and bookkeeping. Currently serving as an Accountant at Pedcor Investments since April 2013, Lonita oversees account reconciliation for property owners and prepares timely Profit and Loss Statements for a large portfolio of properties. Previously, Lonita held positions as an Accounting Bookkeeper at Lifetime Properties LLC and as an Accounting Clerk at AAA Hoosier Motor Club, demonstrating a strong ability to manage invoicing and bank reconciliations. Lonita also has a background in customer service as a Front End Supervisor at Kmart and as a Bank Teller at Service Credit Union. Lonita earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University between 2012 and 2015.
