Nicole Bowen is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and financial management. Currently serving as AVP & Senior Accounting Manager at Pedcor Investments since July 2013, Nicole oversees a team of eight staff, manages HUD compliance, and ensures accurate financial reporting. Previous roles at Pedcor include positions as Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant I, where responsibilities spanned financial statement preparation, compliance reporting, and staff training. Earlier experience includes an Assistant Manager role at Family Video and an Accounts Receivable Internship at Gibco Motor Express, showcasing a diverse skill set in team leadership, financial analysis, and operational support. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Evansville.
