Tim McKay

Tim McKay has a strong work history in the legal field. Tim began their career as a Law Clerk for the Public Defender of Indiana from September 2007 to January 2010. Tim then worked as a Litigation Associate for Schuckit & Associates, P.C. from October 2010 to March 2012, specializing in Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation.

From April 2012 to May 2017, Tim McKay served as an Indiana Litigation Associate at Reisenfeld & Associates LPA, LLC, where they represented creditors in residential foreclosure actions and resolved code and title issues.

In 2017, Tim McKay joined Wooden McLaughlin as a Real Estate Finance Associate until January 2021.

Tim then worked as a Real Estate Finance Associate at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP from January 2021 to March 2023, and they were promoted to a Partner role from January 2022 to March 2023.

Currently, Tim McKay holds the position of Vice President & Senior Legal Counsel - Development at Pedcor Investments, starting from March 2023.

Tim McKay attended Xavier University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History. Later, from 2006 to 2010, they pursued their higher education at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
