Brody Sheets Arm, Hccp

Brody Sheets has extensive work experience that spans over a decade. Brody began their career at Ball State University in 2011 as a Web Production Assistant. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Leasing Representative at Pedcor Management Corporation, where they successfully handled leasing responsibilities. Brody then advanced to the position of Property Manager in 2013, overseeing property management operations. Brody further excelled in their career, becoming a Management Systems Specialist in 2017. In this role, they collaborated with IT and software developers to enhance the residential management systems. Most recently, Brody has been serving as the Assistant Director of Management Operations at Pedcor Management Corporation since March 2021.

Brody Sheets, ARM, HCCP, completed their education at Ball State University from 2003 to 2008, where they studied Web Technology. In addition to their educational background, Brody also obtained several certifications throughout their career. Brody earned the ARM certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management in June 2014. In July 2018, they obtained the HCCP certification from the National Association of Home Builders. Brody also holds the EPA Universal certification from the ESCO Institute, which they obtained in 2016, and the CPO certification from the National Swimming Pool Foundation, which they earned in February 2017.
