Duke Yi

Duke Yi is a seasoned professional in the food service and procurement industries, currently serving as a Senior Procurement Specialist at Peddler's Son since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Buyer/Key Account Manager at Grand Avenue Produce, where Duke achieved and exceeded monthly sales quotas, and as an Assistant Manager/Head Chef at Yume Sushi and Grill, responsible for quality control and transactions. Previous positions include chef roles at Kura Japanese Restaurant and AI Sushi and Grill at Powers, contributing to high standards of customer service and food preparation in fast-paced environments.
