James Kroll has extensive experience in hospitality and operations management. Currently serving as Front of House Manager at Peddler's Village since October 2019, Kroll previously held the position of Innkeeper at Golden Plough Inn from May 2016 to October 2019. Prior to their roles in hospitality, Kroll worked as an Ops Manager at Sovereign Bank, focusing on Multi Family Loan Servicing Operations from October 2003 to January 2013. Kroll holds an Associate in Science degree in Business Administration from Ocean County College, obtained between 1991 and 1994.
