July Aytin

July Aytin has a wealth of experience in Human Resources, having held roles as a Recruitment Specialist, Resourcing Manager, Senior Manager for Human Resources, Head of Human Resources, and Head of Group HR. In their most recent role as Head of Group HR for Peddlr, they began in 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Human Resources for Intogreat Solutions from 2020-2022, where they led the transition from Microsourcing to its own independent operations and created an employment contract and code of conduct and corrective action program. From 2018-2020, they were the Senior Manager for Human Resources at Vision International Philippines, where they built the HR function from scratch and led the delivery of HR services for 3 companies. From 2011-2018, they were the Resourcing Manager at HKT Teleservices (formerly PCCW Teleservices), where they were awarded Ironman of the Year in 2013 and 2014, Manager of the Year in 2015 and 2017, and trimmed down the CPH from 16K to 11K. July began their career in Human Resources as a Recruitment Specialist at Concentrix in 2006.

July Aytin received their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Far Eastern University in 2005. July then attended San Beda College, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2006. Afterwards, they attended Arellano University, where they received their Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2009.
