Ajanta Dey

Ajanta Dey has over 14 years of work experience. Ajanta is currently the Head of HR at Sancheti Hospital since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of HR at VishwaRaj Hospital from May 2022 to July 2022. Ajanta also worked as a Senior Consultant at Antal International from December 2021 to April 2022. Ajanta was the HR Manager at Sancheti Institute for Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation from December 2013 to July 2019. Before that, they worked as an HR Executive at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital from January 2011 to May 2013. Ajanta has also worked in various executive roles at Microqual Techno Pvt. Ltd. from February 2010 to September 2010 and at I Gen Software from October 2008 to February 2010.

Ajanta Dey attended Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Master's in Personal Management (MPM) with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services. During the same period, they also completed a PGDBM in Marketing at the same university. Prior to this, from 2003 to 2005, Ajanta studied at Sambalpur University, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Commerce.
