Michael Sullivan

Michael Sullivan is a Partner at Pedersen & Houpt, where a wide range of experience in representing real estate developers and business owners in complex real estate transactions has been developed since 2002. This includes expertise in the acquisition, sale, financing, development, and leasing of various property types such as office buildings, retail centers, residential developments, hotels, and industrial properties. Previously, Michael served as an Attorney at Brown, Udell & Pomerantz from 1998 to 2002. Michael acquired a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University. Educational background also includes attendance at Loyola Academy.
