Leandre Culpepper

Leandre Culpepper possesses extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the General Manager for Caribbean Sun Group (Barbados) Inc & Bamboo B'dos Retail Ltd since November 2011. In this role, Leandre oversees the operations of three outlets for the international brands Del Sol and Cariloha, specializing in color-changing clothing and bamboo-based products, managing a retail team of over 10 members. Prior to this position, Leandre held roles as Retail Manager and Sales Associate/Supervisor with Caribbean Sun Group (Barbados) Inc from March 2006 to November 2011. Educational qualifications include a BA in History & Sociology from the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus, alongside CAPE and CXC certifications from The Lodge School, and primary education at St. Joseph Primary.
