Anna Popova has a diverse work experience in various roles. Anna started their career at Valynteen Solutions in 2013 as a Customer Support & Database Operator, where they handled customer support, database management, and online marketing. In 2014, they joined Pedersen & Partners as a Research Analyst, responsible for identifying recruitment channels and finding suitable candidates for searches. Anna later transitioned to roles such as IT Helpdesk Operator and System & Network Administrator, where they provided IT support, infrastructure maintenance, and assistance to colleagues. Most recently, they have been serving as the IT Support Lead, System & Network Administrator at Pedersen & Partners, demonstrating their leadership skills in managing IT systems and networks.

Anna Popova has a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from the Università di Bologna, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018.
