Brisilda Shehi

Brisilda Shehi has extensive experience in recruitment and research, currently serving as a Research Consultant and Program Manager for Western Europe at Pedersen & Partners since April 2006. In various roles, including Senior Talent Acquisition EMEA and Global Recruitment Consultant, Brisilda has developed recruitment strategies for top and middle management roles across diverse industries, managed teams, and maintained strong stakeholder relationships. Additionally, Brisilda completed the Fast Track Training Management Program in 2008, further enhancing skills in the field. Earlier experience includes working as a translator for Alsat TV, translating documentaries for Deutsche Welle productions. Brisilda holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska and an MSc in Energy from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, alongside a BEng in Electrical Engineering.
