Fredrik Torp

Fredrik Torp is currently the Client Partner and Global Head of ESG Practice at Pedersen & Partners, where they focus on sustainable transformations and talent management. With over a decade of experience, Fredrik has previously served as a Director of Sales at Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel and held leadership roles at multiple executive search firms, including Boyden and AIMS International. They were a founding partner at ESG People, where they contributed to sustainable solutions in the field. Additionally, Fredrik has been actively involved in community initiatives, serving as Styreleder for both HUK-Ladegårdsøen Fotballklubb and Stiftelsen Bygdøhus.
