Hans Lodewijks

Hans Lodewijks serves as Client Partner and Country Manager for the Netherlands at Pedersen & Partners since January 2023. Previously, Hans held the position of Managing Director Netherlands and Group CCO at The Beaumont Group from June 2018 to January 2023. With extensive experience in executive roles, Hans was the Managing Partner at Heading from July 2004 to January 2023, where the focus was on organizational and personal effectiveness, succession planning, and coaching senior individuals. Hans also led ExecutiveSurf as Managing Partner from March 2010 to June 2018, specializing in global executive search. In earlier roles, Hans held positions at Philips, Start People, Nicholson International, Computer Associates, and DHL International, gaining a vast background in recruitment, sales management, and operational leadership.
