Mona Neagoe

Mona Neagoe is a Partner, Country Manager for Romania, and Global Head of Professional Services Practice Group at Pedersen & Partners. Mona has over 25 years of experience in management consulting, auditing, and business advisory services.

Ms. Neagoe started their career at Arthur Andersen in 1996 as a manager in the audit and business consulting practice. In 2002 they joined EY as a senior manager in the advisory services practice. Ms. Neagoe has been with Pedersen & Partners since 2005 and has played a significant role in growing the firm’s presence in Central and Eastern Europe.

Mona Neagoe started their educational career at the iedc - bled school of management, where they earned a bachelor's degree in business administration. Mona then went on to complete their master's degree in economics at the University of Bucharest.
