Monika Kubickova

Monika Kubickova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and human resources. Currently serving as Client Partner and Head of the Financial Services Practice for Central and Eastern Europe at Pedersen & Partners since August 2013, Monika specializes in executive search, leadership assessment, and career transition. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources at TRINITY BANK a.s., Founder and Managing Partner of TalentOn International, Business Development Director at USBSP, and Business Development Manager at Clifford Chance LLP. Monika began her career as a Junior Lawyer at ING. Monika holds an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in International Relations from Prague University of Economics and Business.
