Petra Grabmayer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in executive search, leadership consulting, and board services as a Partner and Head of Central Europe at Pedersen & Partners since March 2009. Prior to this role, Petra served as a Board Member and Partner at Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich AG, where responsibilities included corporate sales for business travel solutions and collaboration with major industry partners. Additionally, Petra was the Director of Berlitz Schools of Languages, overseeing the largest language school in the country and managing a team of 30. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Dipl.Ing. in economics from Prague University of Economics and Business.
