Ruchika Gokarn

Ruchika Gokarn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive search, coaching, and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of ASEAN and Client Partner at Pedersen & Partners since January 2021, Ruchika plays a pivotal role in leading operations across Singapore and Indonesia for this renowned international Executive Search firm. Since December 2016, Ruchika has also been a Coach at NetExpat, specializing in career and life transition programs for expatriates. Previous roles include Partner and Executive Coach at Cornerstone, HR Consultant and Coach in a freelance capacity, and various HR management positions at bp, enhanced by a solid educational background including an MBA in HR and Marketing from the Xavier Institute of Management.
