Sandra Roels serves as the Client Partner and Global Head of the Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice Group at Pedersen & Partners, an esteemed international Executive Search firm with operations in 50 countries. With a robust background in executive search, Sandra previously held positions as Client Partner at The RSA Group and as Partner and Senior Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Principal at Spencer Stuart and Senior Associate at Spencer Stuart. Sandra's academic foundation was established at Hochschule Niederrhein, where studies were completed from 1992 to 2000.
