Dr. Eileen Flores

Dr. Eileen Flores, LCSW, currently serves as Clinical Supervisor and Therapist at Pediatric Advanced Therapy since March 2023, alongside the role of Director of Counseling. Previously, Dr. Flores was associated with the University of North Carolina at Charlotte as Associate Graduate Faculty and Part-Time Lecturer in the MSW Program from July 2021 to May 2025. Additional experience includes leadership positions with the American Trauma Society, where Dr. Flores served as National Trauma Survivors Network Support Group Leader and Coordinator, and held various roles at Atrium Health and Carolinas Healthcare System focusing on trauma care. Dr. Flores’ educational background includes a Doctorate of Social Work from Simmons University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma.
