Karlie Hailstone

Karlie Hailstone has over a decade of multidisciplinary experience in human resources and camp management. Since September 2011, Karlie has held various roles at Allegro Pediatrics, including Human Resources Generalist, Assistant, Referral Coordinator, and Medical Records Clerk, focusing on organizational tasks, patient support, and data accuracy. From June 2014 to September 2015, Karlie served as Camp Director for the American Diabetes Association, overseeing all aspects of camp operations for 65 campers, recruiting and training staff, and significantly enhancing safety and operational standards. Karlie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Washington University, a Human Resource Management Certificate from Bellevue College, and an Associate's degree in Psychology from Bellevue College.
