Kourtney Wehmeyer

Kourtney Wehmeyer is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in pediatric home healthcare and nursing. Currently serving as Regional Clinical Director at Pediatric Home Healthcare, LLC since May 2017, Kourtney has excelled in optimizing clinical workflows and leading successful transitions to new EMR systems. Previously, as Director of Patient Care Services, Kourtney directed the recruitment and training of clinical staff while managing patient intake and compliance with regulatory requirements. Kourtney's nursing background includes roles as a Registered Nurse at Walnut Hill Medical Center, specializing in cardiac care, and as a Quality Assurance Nurse, where deficiencies in patient care were addressed through corrective action plans.
