Rachel Lettieri

Rachel Lettieri currently serves as the Director of Care Coordination at Pediatrics Northwest, PS, after previously holding the title of Manager of Care Coordination. With experience in mental health and clinical coordination, Rachel's prior roles include Mental Health Clinician at Sound and Clinical Coordinator at Easterseals UCP North Carolina & Virginia, where key responsibilities involved conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and fostering relationships with service providers for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Additionally, Rachel has expertise in family-centered care as a Wraparound Facilitator and Family Intervention Specialist at Youth Villages, and has contributed to developing quality standards and grant writing in the non-profit sector as a policy intern. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Rutgers University.
