Benjamin Rattray has a diverse work experience in the field of neonatology. Benjamin started their career in 2010 as a Neonatology Fellow at Duke University Health System. In 2013, they joined Piedmont Neonatology PC as a Neonatologist before moving to Pediatrix Medical Group in 2014. At Pediatrix, Benjamin held various roles including Neonatologist, Associate Medical Director, and Medical Director. Benjamin is currently working as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Benjamin Rattray completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biology at Westmont College from 1997 to 2001. Benjamin then pursued a medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they completed their Pediatric Residency at Duke University from 2007 to 2010. In 2016, Benjamin obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from LSU Shreveport, which they finished in 2019. Benjamin further earned the designation of Certified Physician Executive (CPE) from the American Association for Physician Leadership® in 2021. Additionally, Benjamin became a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics in 2010.
