Marc Jacobowitz has over 30 years of experience in tax accounting and compliance. Marc began their career as a Tax Senior at PwC in 1989. Marc then worked as a Senior Tax Accountant at Arvida/JMB Partners L.P. from 1993 to 1997. After that, they joined RailAmerica as the Vice President of Tax, where they led the global tax function and oversaw both domestic and foreign tax compliance and accounting. During their time at RailAmerica, they successfully grew the tax department from one to seven professionals. In 2009, they became the Tax Director at Norwegian Cruise Line, where they led the global tax function and played a key role in the company's initial public offering. In 2014, they joined W.R. Grace as the Senior Tax Manager, overseeing the domestic income tax function and leading tax compliance and accounting efforts. Currently, Marc is the Senior Director of Tax Accounting at Pediatrix Medical Group, responsible for leading the tax accounting function for the $1.9 billion revenue physician services provider.
